Hi Mike & Mike,
Just wanted to let you know how much we still love out deck. Larry started to bring up the deck furniture over the weekend, and we had a happy hour out there on Saturday, and a BBQ yesterday.
We had some new neighbors over and they couldn't believe it is five years old; it still looks brand new. It's funny, the neighborhood kids still remember our old deck, and one of them said to me yesterday, "This is SO much better than your old deck, I'm so glad we don't have to worry about splinters anymore."
I hope to never have to build another deck in my lifetime, but if I do, you know you'll be hearing from me!

Dear Mr. Krakovitz
In the current climate of litigious clients/customers who complain first, then call their lawyer, I would like to thank you for a job well done. I spent a great deal of time researching contractors who could construct a deck onto the rear of my home, and for the most part pricing was competitive. The largest and, I feel, most important difference was the integrity of the contractor. I chose your company because you took the time to visit my home twice, you patiently discussed the plans, answered my questions and showed me pictures of past jobs. When I expressed concern about the type of glass doors to be used on the job, you suggested I visit the showroom of your supplier to inspect a door that was currently installed. With my inspection completed, I was convinced you were the right person for the job.
As work progressed, you and your associates were both cooperative and professional. When the telephone company forced the scheduled completion date back by two days, I wasn't concerned with not being around on the last day of work. When I returned from my weekend, I was rewarded for my confidence with a clean and perfectly finished job. My only complaint was my inability to shake your hand before you departed.
Needless to say, I have received many compliments and requests for information on who performed the job. I am only too happy to refer these people to you with the knowledge that they will be treated as fairly as I. I have only one small request; when you build my father's deck, would you please not make it better than mine? (smiles)

Dear Mike:
I am writing you this letter to let you know how much our entire family (including our dogs) has enjoyed the two story double-deck that you built for us last summer. Everyone who has seen the deck has marveled at the elegant design and fine craftmanship that went into its construction.
